Our own locksmiths cover 29 postcode districts across six boroughs, all within about half an hour of Walworth. Further out we arrange a vetted locksmith from our network, and we stay responsible for the job either way.

No call-out charge. A quote before we set off.
Locksmithing has a bad reputation for a reason. Too many firms quote a low price on the phone, then present a much larger bill once the door is open and you are in no position to argue.
We work the other way round. There’s no call-out charge, so getting in touch costs you nothing. Send a photo of the lock on WhatsApp or by text and we’ll tell you what the job costs before anyone gets in the van.
When we arrive we confirm the price before touching anything. If the lock isn’t what the photo showed, you get the revised figure first, and if you’d rather not go ahead, you pay only a minimum labour charge, worked out from how far we travelled to you. Every quote includes VAT.
A local locksmith, not a call centre
Search for a locksmith in London and most of the results are national call centres. They take your details, take a cut, and pass the job to whoever happens to be nearby — often someone you know nothing about, with no particular reason to care what you think afterwards.
We’re based in Walworth. When you ring, you speak to the person who will either come out to you or personally arrange someone we trust. That is the whole difference.
